Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By signing up for or using LeadFlow AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and BluPoint Media, Inc., the company that owns and operates LeadFlow AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

LeadFlow AI is a product of BluPoint Media, Inc., and all services provided through aidriveleads.com are operated by BluPoint Media, Inc.

By creating an account, submitting payment information, or using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

LeadFlow AI provides an automated missed-call recovery service for service-based businesses, which may include:

  • A dedicated business phone number with call forwarding to your existing line
  • Automated SMS text-back when calls are missed
  • Lead qualification conversation flows via text message
  • One informational SMS sent after a missed call
  • Optional booking link integration
  • Owner notifications via SMS and email
  • Lead log and message history dashboard

We provide setup, configuration, and technical support as part of the service. The service is designed to help you capture and respond to missed business opportunities.

3. Eligibility

To use LeadFlow AI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business
  • Operate a lawful business in the United States
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain a valid payment method on file

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information: business details, contact info, and service descriptions must be current
  • Use the service lawfully: no illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
  • No spam or abuse: do not harass recipients or attempt to send unsolicited marketing
  • Maintain account security: keep credentials secure and control access to your account
  • Comply with regulations: follow applicable laws (including TCPA and other telecom rules)
  • Monitor leads: you are responsible for responding to customers and managing your business operations

If you violate these responsibilities, we may suspend or terminate the service.

5. Messaging Rules and Compliance

LeadFlow AI is designed to facilitate communications initiated by customer interactions, including inbound calls. By using the platform’s messaging features, you agree to the following guidelines:

  • User-initiated contact: messages are sent only in response to individuals who contact your business number
  • STOP opt-out: recipients may reply “STOP” to unsubscribe; opt-out requests are honored automatically
  • Clear identification: messages clearly identify your business and communication purpose
  • No third-party marketing: the service may not be used for unrelated marketing or third-party promotions
  • Reasonable frequency: message volume must remain reasonable and non-excessive

We may suspend accounts that generate excessive complaints or violate telecom rules or best practices.

6. Subscription Billing and Payments

Pricing: Plans and fees are described on our Pricing page and/or your invoice.

Billing Cycle: subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.

Payment Method: you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for applicable fees.

Failed Payments: failed payments may result in service interruption until resolved.

Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Setup Fee: setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding/configuration work has begun.

Price Changes: we may change pricing with advance notice.

Refunds: we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

7. Service Availability and Disclaimer

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. LeadFlow AI is provided “as is” and “as available.”

No Warranty: we do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Third-Party Dependencies: we rely on third-party telecom and infrastructure providers and are not responsible for issues caused by those providers.

Maintenance: we may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service.

No Guarantee of Results: we do not guarantee specific outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFlow AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Maximum Liability: our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to LeadFlow AI in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadFlow AI from claims arising from your use of the service, your business practices, content you provide, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when feasible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute shall be brought in courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
